Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the District 3780 Online Hub, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a Rotary Club, you represent that you have the authority to bind that club to these terms.
Permitted Use
This platform is provided exclusively for the administrative, strategic, and community-building activities of RI District 3780 and its member clubs. Unauthorized commercial use or data harvesting is strictly prohibited.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify district administrators immediately of any unauthorized access/use.
Content Submissions
Clubs and members are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the goals, reports, and stories they publish. The District reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates Rotary values or professional standards.
Platform Continuity
While we strive for 100% uptime, the District does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to better serve the district's needs.

These terms are governed by the bylaws of Rotary International District 3780 and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
